Refunds/Exchanges/Returns
Nikki B. Crafty does not offer returns on items. Nikki B. Crafty offers 14 days exchange policy if personalized/customized product is
damaged or a defect occurs. All other jewlery items/home decor items do not qualify for returns nor exchanges. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery
date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a exchange. To be
eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are
defective or damaged upon arrival or if the damage occurs in 14 days after
delivery.
Shipping: To return your product send an email to [email protected] and we will instruct you on how to mail your item back.
You will
be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending
on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach
you, may vary.
If you are
shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will
receive your returned item.

Personalized Jewelry unfortunately Nikki B. Crafty has a no
refund/cancellation policy. After a piece has been ordered the creation process
has already begun. Each piece is handmade and personalized especially for you
by the designer and its creation has begun the moment your order has been
